Who we are looking for
We deliberately keep the bar broad. There are more good developers with AI affinity than roles that welcome them.
- Several years of development experience in enterprise software or product teams
- Comfortable with modern AI tooling: LLMs, agents, RAG, code assistants
- Interest in integration, architecture, and data problems
- Independent enough to hold client conversations
- Dutch or English-speaking
What you do not need
- An exact-matching stack on your CV; we value learning over a tick-box list
- Ten years of "AI experience"; a year of serious LLM and agent work is fine
- A specific tool or framework preference; we work model- and stack-agnostic
What you will do
- Build on our own products (HostedAI, KoppelAI) in production
- Deliver client engagements: AI architecture, agent implementations, governance, go-live
- Short lines with clients, from first conversation to delivery
- Shape tooling, model selection, and architecture patterns
Where you work
- Rotterdam (Hofplein 20), remote, or hybrid
- Employment or freelance, by agreement
