Data controller
Integratio B.V., Hofplein 20, 3032 AC Rotterdam, the Netherlands, KvK 91021642, is the controller for processing of personal data on this site and in our services. Contact: info@integratio.nl.
What we collect
- Contact details you enter in the contact form: name, work email, organisation, topic, message.
- Communication: email, messages, and meeting notes you exchange with us.
- Technical logs from our hosting partner (Netlify): IP address, user-agent, response times. Used for security and availability.
Lawful basis and purpose
- Performance of a contract: contact details and communication are used to answer your question and to prepare or perform an engagement.
- Legitimate interest: security and abuse prevention via technical logs.
- Legal obligation: administrative retention (tax, contractual).
Retention
Contact requests: up to 24 months after last contact. Signed contracts and administration: 7 years (tax). Technical logs: up to 12 months.
Recipients and processors
We work with a limited set of processors, under a data-processing agreement and with EU data processing where possible. Hosting partner: Netlify. Email: standard mail provider with EU data processing (TODO(sanne): confirm provider). We do not sell your data.
Data residency and AI
Integratio operates EU sovereignty as a default. For services that use AI models, we document per engagement which model, which hosting, and which jurisdiction apply. We do not use your data to train models outside your environment unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and data portability. Requests to info@integratio.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
